Thomas DellaFera Jr. | Managing Attorney
Since he was first licensed, Tom has been representing clients who were injured by the negligence of others. He has helped over one thousand clients recover settlements for injuries resulting from pharmaceutical and chemical products, and has deposed dozens of healthcare providers regarding their treatment of his clients. He presently represents individuals who developed Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma as a result of use of Roundup® brand herbicides, and women who developed ovarian cancer as a result of use of Johnson & Johnson’s talcum powder products.
In addition to products liability matters, Tom currently represents victims of state-sponsored acts of terrorism, including the 1998 bombings of the United States Embassies in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar es Salaam Tanzania, and American servicemen injured by Iranian munitions in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has appeared in court in the District of Columbia and in the Southern District of New York on behalf of thousands of these victims, pursuing justice against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Taliban, and Al-Qaeda.
